By accessing or using Finqure ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Finqure provides cloud-based GST billing, invoicing, and accounting software for Indian businesses. Features include invoice generation, payment tracking, GST compliance reports, inventory management, and related business tools.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload malicious content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) use the Service to generate fraudulent invoices or misrepresent tax information; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
You retain all rights to your business data. We do not claim ownership of invoices, customer records, financial data, or any content you create. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (hosting provider outages, internet connectivity, etc.).
Finqure is provided "as is." We are not liable for: (a) errors in GST calculations caused by incorrect user input; (b) any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service; (c) lost revenue due to Service unavailability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encrypted backups, and role-based access control. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and controlling access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
